Every property is different, so we give a free, no-obligation quote after a quick visit or from a few photos. Because we offset the value of saleable items against the cost, many clearances work out cheaper than people expect — and some effectively pay for themselves.
Which areas do you cover?
Based in Chorley (PR7), we cover the whole of historic Lancashire, Greater Manchester and parts of Merseyside and South Cumbria — and we’re never more than an hour away. See our areas we cover page for your town.
Do you pay for items of value?
Yes. Furniture, antiques, jewellery and collectables are valued and set against your bill. If the contents are worth more than the clearance, the difference comes back to you. Quality pieces are sold through our own fortnightly online auctions.
How quickly can you clear a property?
Often within a day or two. We also offer evening and night clearances where discretion or access makes that easier.
What happens to everything you take away?
