Clear This Ltd will treat you fairly and give you options where there are any items of value in the property you are clearing. Nearly every house clearance involves items with some value. Most other companies will just charge to clear everything. Therefore we ask you to consider this below.

1 You can accept a reduction in the cost of your clearance where there is any value in the property contents. Doing this means less to pay out therefore reducing the cost.
2. Pay the full price of the clearance. Clear This will auction off the house clearance contents via Clear This Auctions and you will receive whatever it brings at auction after commission. The value at auction could be higher or lower than the value we would allow. This is because auctions are by their nature quite volative.
Ethical and Eco Friendly House Clearance.
Every item we take is either sold on via live auctions, donated or properly recycled. We are always looking at ways to improve our recycling efforts in-house. Anything we can’t recycle ourselves is taken to an authorised materials recovery facility.
Clear This Ltd care about our customers. We want to do a job that you are happy with. Most times our work is clearing away the belongings of a departed loved on. So with this in mind, Jennie treats every bereavement clearance as though its for one of her own family.
