Although Clear This Ltd is a relatively young company, we previously traded as Lancashire House Clearance. Our founder Shaun has over 30 years experience in the house clearance business and Jennie has a decade of experience too
Fairer House Clearance Service
Above all else we will treat you fairly and give you options where there are any items of value in the property you are clearing. Nearly every house clearance involves items with some value. Most other companies will just charge to clear everything.
Clear This Ltd will offer you a choice. You can accept a reduction in the cost of your clearance or you can pay the full price and we will auction off the house clearance contents via Clear This Auctions and you will receive whatever it brings at auction after commission.
Ethical and Eco Friendly House Clearance.
Every item we take is either sold on via live auctions, donated or properly recycled. We are always looking at ways to improve our recycling efforts in-house. Anything we can’t recycle ourselves is taken to an authorised materials recovery facility.
We don’t set up and run different companies doing the same thing to avoid paying our share either. Business’s avoiding tax means ordinary people have to bear a bigger burden. That’s not ethical. It may be legal but that’s another story!

Clear This Ltd, are licensed and insured. We comply with all environmental requirements when handling any materials. No payment is required up-front. Payment can be made by bank transfer or online through our invoicing system. Cash is accepted if these options are unavailable to you.
We Want Satisfied Customers
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. This is why we never ask for any payment until you are satisfied and indeed happy with the job we have done for you. We will always give impartial advice at our quotes to let you know about cheaper alternatives via your local authority etc.
Unmarked Vehicles
The reason for most house clearances we do is bereavement.
We are literally packing a life away for the final time. A lot of our customers prefer our plain white vans and it doesn’t feel right to us to be advertising our business in these circumstances.
