PAYMENT:-
Please pay for your purchases promptly. Payment must be received within 4 days of the auction ending.
Postage will be invoiced separately.
Any items not paid for within 4 days of the sale will go into the next auction. Non-payers will be banned from future sales.
COLLECTIONS:-
ALL ITEMS MUST BE COLLECTED WITHIN 4 DAYS FOLLOWING THE SALE. (Unless prior arrangement has been made). Any paid items not collected within the 4 days will be held for a maximum of 7 days after the auction. After the 7 days we will re-lot and re-sell the items. You will not get a refund for your purchases unless you make prior arrangements with us. If you do make arrangements but do not pick up your items on the agreed date, you will lose your purchases. We will dispose of them in any way we choose. You will not receive a refund.
POSTAGE:-
Please message us requesting a postage invoice once you have paid for your items.
Our postage charges include a packing fee. If you buy multiple lots, we can combine postage in most cases. However if you buy a heavy item such as a vice and a china teaset we will not combine those items. All shipping is a buyers risk. No liability will be accepted for items arriving damaged. We are not professional packers and use recycled materials for packaging.
Postage invoices will be sent once your invoice is paid. Your items will be sent once the postage invoice is paid.
Our minimum postage charge is £8 .It is up to you to take this into account when bidding. Please do not expect us to keep items from multiple sales as we do not have the space. See collection terms above.
All items are sold without warranty or guarantee of authenticity. Viewing is available. No Refunds Will be given under any circumstances.
