A collection of graduated rectangular wooden frames or trays from the Nova Scotia Edge series. Each item is constructed with a dark teak-effect rim and a solid-coloured base featuring printed slogans in white. The largest frame contains an olive green ground with the text EVERYTHING comes to him WHO WAITS. The next frame features a teal ground reading A sound mind in a sound body. Another frame has a lime green ground with the text The early BIRD catches THE WORM. The smallest item contains a yellow paper insert identifying the series as NOVA SCOTIA edge and provides a list of standard frame sizes in inches and millimetres. The construction is indicative of contemporary decorative ware. No permanent manufacturer stamps are visible on the frames.
Condition report:
The collection is in good condition with minor surface wear and light scuffing to the wooden rims. The printed text and coloured backgrounds are well-preserved with no significant fading or scratches.
