A two-piece corner cabinet in the Tudor-revival style, constructed from dark-stained oak. The upper section features a single glazed door with decorative wooden astragals forming four rectangular panes under a shaped arch. The interior contains internal wooden shelving. The lower section comprises a single cupboard door with four inset panels and a vertical band of carved foliate motifs along the left side. The front left edge of the unit features a scalloped or piecrust carved detail. The doors are fitted with black metal butterfly-style hinges and small metal latches. No maker marks or labels are visible.
Condition report:
The cabinet exhibits surface wear and minor scuffs to the stained finish, consistent with age and domestic use. The item is pictured lying on its side in a storage environment. The glazing remains intact. There is no evidence of structural repair visible in the photograph.
