This charming 9 carat gold bar brooch features an intricate openwork scrolling filigree design set with three faceted red garnets. The central oval-cut stone is flanked by two smaller round-cut garnets, all secured in multi-prong claw settings within a decorative shield-shaped mount. On the reverse, the metal bar bears a stamped mark within a rectangular cartouche, though the specific characters remain illegible. The piece is finished with a traditional hinged metal pin and a simple C-clasp mechanism.
