A Spanish glazed porcelain figurine of a young girl standing in a playful pose. The figure is depicted with reddish-brown hair tied in a blue bow, wearing a blue short-sleeved top and a pale celadon green pinafore dress which she holds out at the sides with both hands. The figurine stands upon a circular tan-coloured base. The underside of the base features a printed mark in brown ink consisting of the letters NAO above the text HAND MADE IN SPAIN by LLADRÓ ® and © DAISA 1994. Below this text is a square logo containing a stylized landscape with a ship. There is also an incised black mark near the rim and a single circular ventilation hole in the porcelain.
