A trio of contemporary cityscapes in the impressionist style, likely executed in acrylic on gallery-wrapped canvas. The artworks are characterised by a heavy impasto technique applied with a palette knife, creating vibrant, faceted textures and reflections on rain-slicked pavements. The central, larger painting depicts a riverside promenade in London during spring, with pink cherry blossoms and pedestrians in the foreground and the Houses of Parliament visible in the background. It is signed in the lower right corner MacNeil, consistent with works produced by The MacNeil Studio. This work is flanked by two smaller urban street scenes: the left painting is a monochrome depiction of a city street with red accents on shopfronts and umbrellas, while the right painting shows pedestrians with red umbrellas in a Parisian setting with the Eiffel Tower in the distance.
